SKI-PASS Regulations 2025/2026

§ 1. General provisions

1. SKI-PASS Zieleniec can be purchased at all ticket offices of the Zieleniec Sport Arena Ski Resort, vending machines in the resort and through the online platform. Timed, day and point ski passes entitle you to use all the railways, lifts and ski lanes of the Zieleniec Sport Arena.
2. Ski passes operate during the opening hours of individual railways and ski lifts and ski lanes. Opening hours may vary or change during the season.
3. Night riding takes place only and exclusively on illuminated slopes. On 31 December 2025 (New Year's Eve) all passes from the price list are valid until 20:00. If you use the “New Year's Eve on Stoku” offer, you must purchase a separate promotional pass (19:00 - 01:00).
4. During the low season (until 19.12.2025) and super low season (from 09.03.2026), day passes are valid during the working hours of the lifts. From Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 16:00 and from Friday to Sunday from 09:00 to 20:00.
5. The purchase or possession of a time or point SKI-Pass does not entitle you to conduct teaching activities such as skiing or snowboarding training for profit. Conducting ski and snowboard training is possible only with the permission of the owner of the respective ski slope.
6. The conduct by entities or third parties of any economic and service activity, whether for payment or free of charge, including for profit or commercial purposes on the territory of the Center, including the placement of advertisements and leaflets, is prohibited, unless this entity obtains the prior written consent (under penalty of nullity) of the manager of the Center in question.
7. Purchasing a temporary, daily or point SKI-PASS is tantamount to reading and accepting these terms and conditions and other regulations applicable to individual lifts and slopes of Zieleniec Sport Arena.
8. From 20:00 to 09:00 there is an absolute ban on the ski slopes. At this time, slope trimming (including rope trimming) is carried out, which poses a risk to the safety of people who are on the slope. The exception to this provision is 31.12.2025 - New Year's Eve.
9. The ski slope manager is not responsible for the violation by the user of the SKI-PASS of articles 28, 29, 30, 31 of the Act on safety and rescue in the mountains and on organized ski areas of 18 August 2011 (Journal of Laws No. 208, item 1241, as amended), in particular for injuries related to typical sports risks, injuries caused by falls, collisions between participants and collisions with elements securing the route of passage.
10. In order to fulfil the obligation arising from Article 106b (5) of the Act of 11 March 2004 on goods and services tax, if the customer wishes to receive a VAT invoice documenting the purchase of a pass, he is obliged to declare this fact before making the purchase at the cash register. Receipts documenting the sale, which do not contain the customer's TIN number, will not be converted into VAT invoices.
11. Violation of any of the provisions of these regulations, including in particular §1 (5) and (6), may constitute grounds for depriving the ski slope user of the right to continue using the Zieleniec Sport Arena infrastructure.
12. In the event of electricity supply restrictions independent of Zieleniec Sport Arena or an increase in the cost of purchasing electricity by a ski resort, we reserve the right to increase the prices of ski passes accordingly.
    

§ 2. Time and point SKI-PASS

1. When purchasing a temporary or point Ski-pass in the form of a magnetic card, a refundable deposit for the magnetic card in the amount of PLN 10.00 will be charged - payable in cash. In the case of returning the magnetic card in the form of a letter, the previously collected refundable deposit of PLN 10.00 at the time of making the return in non-cash form to the bank account number indicated by the SKI-PASS user is reduced by a one-time handling fee of PLN 5.00. Refunds of magnetic cards are accepted until the end of the ski season no later than April 15, 2026.
2. When purchasing a temporary or point Ski-Pass in the form of a non-refundable paper card, a one-time, non-refundable fee for a paper card in the amount of PLN 3.00 will be added to the purchase price of the Ski-Pass.
3. In case of exchanging the e-skipass Voucher for a pass at the Box Office, a deposit for the Skipass Card in the amount of PLN 10.00 will be added. In case of exchange of the e-skipass Voucher for a ticket in the Vending Machines at the Station, a non-refundable fee of PLN 3.00 will be added for the paper Skipass card
4. If you purchase a ticket in the Vending Machines at the Station, a non-refundable fee of PLN 3.00 will be added for the Skipass paper card
5. The temporary and daily SKI-PASS entitles you to use it for the period established at the time of its purchase.
6. The time and day ski pass can only be used by one person (the person who first uses the ski pass at the gate will be personalized).
7. The use of the Ski-Pass constitutes acceptance of the recording and use of the card user's image for control purposes in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of Laws of 27 April 2016). EU L 119, 04.05.2016). Each time you pass through the gate - for the period of validity of the privileges on the card - the system takes pictures of the user of the card, comparing them with the image of the user who activated the SKI-PASS at the first pass through the gate.
8. If the SKI-PASS is presented by a person who has not purchased the SKI-PASS and has not been personalized, the presented SKI-PASS is subject to blocking by temporarily suspending the use of the provided service on its basis. Unlocking the suspension of the SKI-PASSA lock is subject to a fee payable at the main ticket offices: Bartuś, Mieszko, Nartorama, Winterpol. :
   1. in the amount of PLN 50.00 in the case of hourly passes
   2. In the amount of PLN 50.00 for each remaining day of validity of the pass in the case of day passes
9. The point SKI-PASS is valid until the end of the winter season. The amount of points deducted for a trip by rail or lift is determined by the price list or information displayed on the gate. Unused points are non-refundable.
   

§ 3. Discounts, discounts and low season

1. Discount prices or group discounts are only possible with the purchase of time and day SKI-PASSES.
2. *Reduced SKI-PASSES are available to children under 10 years old, seniors over 65 years old and people with a disability card.
3. Children under 5 years of age are entitled to free travel only with a guardian with a SKI-PASS (normal or reduced senior). The offer applies only to chairlifts - ski lifts and belts are excluded. The offer does not apply to classes with a ski or snowboard instructor.
4. For organized groups (min. 22 people) in high season on temporary (4h, 5h, 7h,) and day SKI-PASSES (from 2 to 6 days 09:00 — 20:00) we offer discounts upon prior contact by e-mail at skipass@zieleniec.pl.

• Groups of 22-35 people — 10% discount + 2 Ski-passes for guardians at the price of 1 PLN
• Groups of 36-60 people — 15% discount +1 SKI-PASS for 10 people for guardians at the price of 1 PLN
• Groups of 61-80 people — 20% discount +1 SKI-PASS for 10 people for guardians at the price of 1 PLN
• Groups over 81 people — 25% discount +1 SKI-PASS for 10 people for guardians at the price of 1 PLN

1. For organized groups (at least 22 people) in low season for ski passes (4h, 7h,) and day passes (from 2 to 6 days) we offer 10% discount upon prior contact by e-mail at skipass@zieleniec.pl. In addition:

• Groups from 22 to 35 people receive two Ski-passes at a price of PLN 1.00 for each day of validity of the Ski-pass
• Groups from 36 people - one in 10 people receives a SKI-PASS at the price of PLN 1.00 for each day of validity.

1. For organized groups (min. 22 people) in super low season on Ski-timed passes (4h, 7h,) we offer 10% discount upon prior contact by e-mail at skipass@zieleniec.pl. In addition:

• Groups from 22 to 35 people receive two Ski-passes at a price of PLN 1.00 for each day of validity of the Ski-pass
• Groups from 36 people - one in 10 people receives a SKI-PASS at the price of PLN 1.00 for each day of validity.

1. Discounts for groups are granted only for one type of tariff for the whole group.
2. Group passes must be returned to the cash desk where they were purchased in the amount that was collected under penalty of refusal to return the deposit
3. Group ski passes in low and high season are valid on the day of issue or from the day of issue in the case of day passes.
4. In case of obtaining a discount, for example in authorized hotels, it will not be combined with other discounts.
5. The low season is valid from the beginning of the season until December 19, 2025.
6. Super Low season is valid from March 9, 2026 until the end of the season
7. For users who decide to buy day passes from 2 to 6 days in low and high season, attractive discounts are provided in accordance with the Zieleniec SKI-PASS regulations and price list. The base price is 1 day pass 9:00 - 20:00.
8. The prices of day passes in the super low season are about 50% of the price of the passes from the high season with rounding up to PLN 5. Day passes in the super low season are not subject to discount.
9. In the case of orders with a value exceeding PLN 15,000.00, the buyer of which is the entrepreneur, in accordance with the content of Article 19 of the Act of 6 March 2018 - Entrepreneurs Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 162 as amended), payment of the order is made by means of a payment card or by bank transfer after prior contact with the selected cash register.
   

§ 4. Sanctions, refunds, complaints

1. Forcing a ski pass without this right results in the loss of the possibility of continuing to use the railways, lifts and ski belts.
2. Once the Ski-Pass has been issued, it is not possible to exchange, extend or postpone its validity period.
3. The deposit for the magnetic card can be recovered at all cash desks.
4. In case of loss or visible mechanical damage to the magnetic card, the deposit is not refundable.
5. Bad weather and skiing conditions, attendance on slopes, railways, lifts and ski belts and the lack of availability of parts of the railways, lifts and belts do not constitute grounds for reimbursement of the time or point ski pass.
6. The refund for unused time of a given SKI-PASS is granted according to the rules set out in the Rules of Complaints and Refunds of Passes in the Ski Resort Zieleniec Sport Arena, in a manner directly proportional to the time used on the basis of the fiscal receipt at the box office where the SKI-PASS was purchased. Refunds can be made until the end of the respective ski season and are possible in the following cases:

• shutdowns of all railways and lifts, ski lanes lasting more than 1 hour,
• an accident that prevents the further use of railways or lifts, ski bands on the basis of the GOPR accident protocol.

1. Withdrawal of consent to the administration of the necessary personal data by the user in such a way that it will prevent the provision of services by the Ski Resort Zieleniec Sport Arena in the standard accepted manner is tantamount to termination of the contract through the sole fault of the user.
   

§ 5. Information clause

1. The joint controllers of your personal data within the meaning of Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC are:

1. The purchaser of a SKI-PASS card consents to the processing of his personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000 with later amendment) and implementing acts for and in connection with the implementation of the SKI-PASS, for the period of its validity, including in cases and for the period preventing further use of the SKI-PASS.
2. The card user's image is used for control purposes and to personalize the pass.
3. The basis for processing is the legally justified interest of the controller pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000 with later amendment)
4. The recipients of your personal data will be Entities participating in the provision of the Zieleniec SKI-PASS service.
5. The image from the card is stored for the period of validity of the pass.
6. A person registered by the personalization system has the right to access personal data and restriction of processing.
7. The person to whom the personal data relate has the right to access their personal data, rectify the data, delete them from our database, limit their processing, object to data processing, transfer data, file a complaint with a supervisory authority, withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. It is not possible to exercise the right to delete personal data if the Controller is obliged by law to further process personal data within the scope specified by the relevant legal provisions for the purposes necessary to establish, exercise or defend claims.
8. Scope of data processed in the collection of personal data: image.
9. Providing personal data is a condition for concluding a contract. Refusal to provide the personal data necessary for this purpose will prevent the conclusion of the contract and the issuance of the SKI-PASS to the user.
